Upgrade or Downgrade Your jSign Account
Paid User: To upgrade or downgrade your jSign account:

In the upper-right corner of the dashboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your name, then My Account.

On the My Account page, click the Subscription tile…
…then, on the details page, Change plan.

On the Change your plan page, select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to; then click Continue.

Then, on the billing/order page: Indicate/provide your information, confirm the plan you want, check the I agree… box—then, click Purchase (or Confirm). (NOTE: If upgrading in the middle of your billing cycle, your use of the plan begins immediately—and you are billed the cost difference. If downgrading in the middle of your billing cycle, you won’t have access to that plan [and be billed] until the end of that cycle.)
Your Dashboard page appears, displaying what plan you now have.
